This is how we celebrated this year’s World Poetry Day

World Poetry Day is celebrated every year on March 21. It was instituted on March 21, 1999 by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), meaning this year’s observance makes it 23 years in existence.

In celebrating the 2022 World Poetry Day, SirBong Communications (SBC) visited three secondary schools in Abuja, Nigeria – giving a copy of this book each to 23 students in each of the schools visited.
